The transport company we use to dispatch our parcels is Tuffnells, who have sadly just gone into administration.
In the short term we can use alternative carriers such as DHL, but we will struggle to dispatch our long parcels such as broom shanks on small orders. Any items we are unable to dispatch over the next week or so will be placed on backorder and dispatched ASAP.
Please be assured that we are doing all we can to source a new courier as quickly as possible and we are happy to discuss any concerns you may have regarding your orders. We will, of course, advise you as soon as a replacement courier is in place.
