Next Day delivery is available for delivery to any UK address (excluding Highlands and Islands). Items are sent by courier. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 working day on orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Thursday (this does not include bank holidays or public holidays).

Delivery Times
We aim to deliver all orders on time. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, your purchase may arrive late. If you have any complaints or queries regarding your delivery please contact sales@cottambrush
Deliveries are sent to the address you enter at checkout, so please make sure you enter the correct address. You should also make sure that someone will be available at the address on the specified date. If the courier cannot deliver your parcel, because there is no-one present to take delivery, it is your responsibility to arrange for it to be re-delivered.
Returns
We’re confident you’ll be satisfied with your purchase from Cottam Brush Ltd. But on the rare occasion that your not, you can contact us about any product you are dissatisfied with to discuss a return.
To qualify for a refund: products must be faulty
If you do wish to return an item, please email sales@cottambrush with your reason for return. We will respond to confirm your return and provide you with our returns address.
We recommend that you opt for tracked postage when you send your return to us. If your item does not arrive, we cannot help and you’ll need to contact your local postal service for further help.
We process all refunds within 14 days of receiving the return and send you a confirmation email when the return has been processed.
We will send your refund to the card you used to make your purchase, although it can take up to 14 days for your card provider to credit the funds to your account.
Please note: the cost of the original delivery charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase, please follow the instructions for returns outlined above and make a brand-new purchase online.
Faulty Items
On the rare occasion that an item is faulty, we’re happy to provide a full refund once we have reviewed the item and agreed that it is faulty. To return a faulty item, please email us at sales@cottambrush, explaining the fault accompanied by photographic evidence. If agreed, we refund the full cost of the item, including the delivery charge.
